In the event you cannot obtain consent to the notice(s) served, an award will be made by the surveyor(s) setting conditions on the work with a primary aim of mitigating risks and inconveniences for neighbours.
This will include a site visit to assess site circumstances and an external condition record. An internal condition record will also be taken where access is granted.
